Our mission

Football is the vehicle. Education is the destination.

V-12 Elite improves outcomes for student athletes through academic counseling, athletic training and development, professional development, and exposure to opportunities beyond their immediate environment. Families are part of the process at every step.

Education: Our athletes work toward the strongest academic profile they can build. We provide the support to get there.
Opportunity: Football opens doors other sports can't. We teach athletes how to use it to reach school and career goals.
Exposure: National events and college visits put players in front of programs far from home.
Nutrition: Linemen learn how food choices drive performance on the field and in the classroom.
Family: We walk families through development and recruiting so they can support their athlete with confidence.

Coaches

Meet the staff

Amal Scott

Founder & CEO · “Big Homie”

Coach Scott began coaching in 2015 as offensive and defensive line coach at the Middlesex School, helping the team to the 2019 New England Championship before becoming special teams coordinator in 2020 and head coach in 2022. He is now defensive coordinator at Lawrence Academy.

He is an All-American Coach with Football University, specializing in defensive line technique, and a national scout and evaluator for FBU, The Show by NextGen, and Scouting New England. He founded V-12 Elite in 2020 to keep linemen developing and getting exposure when COVID cut playing time.

Football has done so much for me. I always get excited when it is time to teach, develop and coach the next generation.

Eamon White

Coach

A Merrimack College graduate who played for the Maine Mammoths, Coach White has coached since 2014, including offensive and defensive line at Portland High School, assistant offensive line and tight ends at the University of New England, and JV head coach at Scarborough High School.
